Bought a car through them on Wednesday night, by the time I got home to Perth an EPS warning light flashed up and my car cut out. Took a few attempts for it to start back up but when it did the power steering was gone. Turned the car on and off again which helped the power steering to come back on but an engine management light stayed on.The following day my car cut out again and I had to get it recovered to the nearest Arnold Clark dealership. I called this garage and explained to them what had happened and told them that I would need a replacement car whilst mine was getting fixed, did not think this would be an issue seeing as I only had the car less than 24 hours before it broke down. They said the would call me back the following day once they spoke to a manager but I did not receive any call so I decided to call them and ask for the manager. The manager had not a clue what I was talking about as the salesman did not make him aware so I was left with no hire car and no further forward with getting my car back.I have now been told that I am too young to have a replacement vehicle so I am left without a car whilst mine is away getting fixed due to a problem with the engine ECU.
